How It Works

1. ① Add items to your cart and select "In-Store Pickup".

   

2. ② Review your order details and confirm your purchase.

   

3. ③ Wait for our confirmation email. Once we secure your items, we will send you a reply.

   Please Note:
   Items may occasionally sell out, become discontinued, or run out of stock before your order is processed. We appreciate your understanding.
   If you visit the store immediately after ordering, or if you order overnight and visit right after opening the next day, there may be a delay in processing.
   To ensure your items are ready and to avoid an unnecessary trip, we highly recommend waiting until you receive our confirmation email before visiting the store.

4. ④ Visit the store and inform our staff that you have a reserved item for pickup.

   For identity verification, please provide your Order Number, Name, and Phone Number at the counter.

Pickup Period

In-Stock Items:

Please pick up your items within 3 days (including the order date).

Out-of-Stock / Backordered / Made-to-Order Items:

Items will be available for pickup once they arrive at the store. We will notify you via email as soon as they are ready.

Payment Methods

You can pay at the store using the following methods:

• Cash (JPY)
• Credit Cards / Debit Cards
• Shopping Loans
• PayPay
• E-Money / Transit IC Cards (Suica, PASMO, iD, QUICPay, etc.)
• UnionPay (銀聯)

Regarding Shipping Fees:

Even if a shipping fee is automatically added to your initial online order, you will not be charged for shipping since you are picking up the items in-store. We will deduct the shipping fee in our confirmation email.

Important Notes

• Pickup Deadline: Please ensure you pay for and pick up your items within the reservation period.
• Cancellations & Changes: Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once it is placed.
• Price Guarantee: The purchase price is fixed at the time of your reservation. Even if market prices fluctuate during the pickup period, the reservation price applies.
• Hold Period: Items will be held for 3 days (including the day of your request).
• Automatic Cancellation: If you do not visit the store within the deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.
